- mefa for multivariate count data handling in ecology and biogeography (as maintainer),
- vegan community ecology package by Jari Oksanen,
- adegenet by Thibaut Jombart for handling of molecular marker data for multivariate analysis (with really minor contributions from me),
- sedaR project devoted to the analysis of spatial ecological multivariate data by Stéphane Dray.
