General notes
The Organizers of the XXVIIth EAVA Congress have contracted with the company "Medikus Management Association" to handle the financial issues of the congress. The holder of the congress account is therefore not EAVA but the above company. If you need to mention that in the bank transfer order, please use the following information:

OTP BANK, Hungary CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be sent in written form only (fax or Email) to the Organizing Committee (Registration secretariat) no later than June 30, 2008. Refund of payment, minus 20% of the registration fee for cancellation handling fee before June 30, 2008; no refunds thereafter. All refunds will be processed AFTER the Meeting. VISA Participants requiring a visa for entry to Hungary are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least three months before the intended date of travel. If in doubt, information can be obtained from your nearest Hungarian Embassy or Consulate or from your travel agency. Should you need a letter of invitation to obtain an entry visa for Hungary, it will be a pleasure for the organizers to send it to you. The organizers will not be held liable for illness, accidents or thefts suffered by participants or accompanying persons during the EAVA Congress or their stay in Hungary before or after the Congress.
